Derby Days

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Derby Days, as usual, was an incredible time in Cape Girardeau.  The events started on Friday evening on May 4 with a Derby Darling pageant.  The pageant had members from the participating sororities participating in events such as “Win A Date With A Sigma Chi” and some colorful poetry about the chapter of both the roast-worthy and the appreciative, complimentary variety.  Saturday morning’s event was a field day with everything from water balloon launching to an obstacle course.  The sororities walked away impressed, and everyone had a great time.  The winners of this year’s event were the women of Alpha Chi Omega, and the chapter will be donating $2000 to the Huntsman Cancer Institute.
